Zumba
Exercise fitness program created by Colombian dance and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez, during the 1990’s. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobics and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle toning benefits. Burns calories, promotes endurance, improves posture, boosts confidence, increases coordination, reduces anxiety – a full body workout.
Kickboxing
Full body workout that engages every muscle group in your body and with a strong focus on your core muscles, It also improves flexibility, balance, coordination and can help you build faster reflexes. Practice for self-defense, general fitness, martial arts, punches at face, points of contact – hands and feet / great exercise, helps improve mood, self-esteem and helps with toning.
Step Aerobics
Aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square or circular platform, combination of step with body sculpting. Body step will get your heart rate up and increase cardio fitness. Burn calories, tone and shape your butt and legs, improve coordination and agility.

Weigh of Life offers childcare for all classes!
When parents are exercising, we ensure that children stay active, too. Our child supervision has anywhere from 30-60 minutes of outdoor physical activity and opportunities to develop social skills.
